Contractors working for the Bush Administration have developed and developed systems to isolate, immobilize, imprison and disable dissenters. These systems have been deployed and tested on at least one innocent, unwilling American in Atlanta.
The systems fulfill a stated Bush Administration goal of being able to electronically “neuter” dissidents and undesirables like Guantanamo Bay detainees, or anyone who opposes totalitarian policies. They represent a terrifying threat to our freedom, our future, our democracy.

Why were we targeted and turned in to a Research Rat?
- Was our sin writing letters to the Securities and Exchange Commission describing accounting irregularities at the large southern bank where we had worked after three of their Executive Vice Presidents were fired for accounting improprieties?
- Was it commenting privately, not loudly or broadly, that G.O.P. greed motivated the Iraq war?
- Or just being a single, defenseless, warm hearted liberal?
