Whistle Blowers Die of Brain Diseases

Frank Wills , the Afro American security guard who discovered the Watergate break-in that lead to President Nixon’s resignation, died penniless of a brain tumor in Augusta, Georgia in 2000.

He had been blacklisted, no one would hire him after he simply did his job by calling the police to Watergate.

Who had the power to do this to him?

Jan Kemp successfully sued the University of Georgia over objections to lax athlete educational standards that lead to her dismissal. She died at age 59 from complications of Alzheimer’s disease.

After winning her suit, she suffered many years of unusual psychological pain and stress before her death.  A coincidence?

My Experience -  I awoke with strange headaches in the middle of the night feeling like I was being blasted in the head by something weird several weeks after I sent letters to the Securities and Exchange Commission describing accounting irregularities at the large Georgia bank where I had worked for twenty years.

When I reversed position and slept with my head at the foot board a huge bruise developed above my ankle that took many months to heal.  I felt like I was being blasted by something weird.

Shortly thereafter, I was threatened with a fire and the house next door was badly burned by fire.  My home was severely toasted but survived due to speedy action by the Atlanta Fire Department. A similar fire jumped across a  driveway and destroyed two homes on a nearby street several weeks earlier. Was an arson contractor being vetted?

I’d lived a very kind, charitable, wonderful life until I left the bank.

Then a long series of thefts, threats, business equipment sabotage, computer and vehicle sabotage and unusual harassment began. Favorite clothing and personal items have been slashed and stained.  Business and personal relationships unexpectedly poisoned.

Our telephone, email, Internet and postal mail communications are intercepted and spoofed.

I was threatened and told my “life and my business would be slowly strangled” and that my “home would become uninhabitable.”

Something has been installed in or aimed at my home that makes my house immediately uncomfortable whenever it is turned on.  Is it a low powered device similar to the Pain Ray shown on Sixty Minutes.  Who is responsible?

The Washington Post reported a Pentagon Consultant saying they are now able to electronically isolate and “neuter” undesirables.  How does he know?  Who are they testing these systems on?

• Can high powered, focused beams of  microwave like energy aimed at a person’s head while they sleep, work or remain stationary cause cognitive damage, disruption, disorientation and even cancer?
• Would right wing, neoconservative lunatics, fired up by the likes of Rush Limbaugh, delight in hurting liberals, opponents, uppity women and minorities?
• Could these illegal activities be encouraged and concealed in a solidly red, Republican state like Georgia that is heavily laden with defense contractors?

So What, Why Should Anyone Care? If it’s not hurting me, why should I care?  Indigent black security guards, recalcitrant educators and outspoken liberals are expendable.

It can happen to you or to someone you love.

These systems are in the hands of organized crime rings who use them to steal, manipulate and exact revenge.  Totalitarian regimes can use them to subjugate and control large sectors of society.

They threaten us all.

What happens to our democracy without the freedom of dissent?  To people who speak up about wrongs?

Disabling Dissent

Contractors working for the Bush Administration have developed and developed systems to isolate, immobilize, imprison and disable dissenters. These systems have been deployed and tested on at least one innocent, unwilling American in Atlanta.

The systems fulfill a stated Bush Administration goal of being able to electronically “neuter” dissidents and undesirables like Guantanamo Bay detainees, or anyone who opposes totalitarian policies.  They represent a terrifying threat to our freedom, our future, our democracy.

Why were we targeted and turned in to a Research Rat?

• Was our sin writing  letters to the Securities and Exchange Commission describing accounting irregularities at the large southern bank where we had worked after three of their Executive Vice Presidents were fired for accounting improprieties?

• Was it commenting privately, not loudly or broadly, that G.O.P. greed motivated the Iraq war?

• Or just being a single, defenseless, warm hearted liberal?

Dissident Suppression

Prisons Are Expensive.  Suppose technology allows you to disable, discredit and debilitate dissidents and terrorists, restricting them to house arrest easily, inexpensively and covertly.  Would oppressive governments buy this product? Absolutely!

Alexander also is intrigued by the possibility of using electronic means to modify behavior. The dilemma of the war on terrorism, he notes, is that it never ends. So what do you do with enemies, such as those at Guantanamo: keep them there forever? That’s impractical. Behavior modification could be an alternative, he says.

“Maybe I can fix you, or electronically neuter you, so it’s safe to release you into society, so you won’t come back and kill me,” Alexander says. It’s only a matter of time before technology allows that scenario to come true, he continues. “We’re now getting to where we can do that.” He pauses for a moment to take a bite of his sandwich. “Where does that fall in the ethics spectrum? That’s a really tough question.”

• U.S.  Black Budgets exceed $32 Billion per year according to the NY Times. Hazardous research is part of our Tuskegee Study and MKULTRA tradition – Psychological operations, mood and mental manipulation programs are in demand in our hostile world.
      
• Choose a city with excellent academic institutions (Georgia Tech and Emory) that are already heavily involved with defense research. Georgia Tech’s Research Institute their BioMedical Engineering and Emory’s Behavior Neuroscience departments attract great talent.

• Choose a state (Georgia) with large defense contractors (Lockeed) where covert, unethical research will be welcomed and protected by two Republican Senators, Chambliss & Isakson.

You want to develop and test under situations similar to those where your product will be used. You need intelligent, articulate, resourceful, unwilling test subjects similar to the dissidents your customers want to suppress.

Civil Rights issues are no barrier – the U.S. Government protects Black Budget research and has a long standing tradition of using U.S. citizens as unwitting test subjects.

• Single, middle aged, self employed females living in their own homes make good test targets. They are plentiful, expendable and easily discounted. Find ones who are gifted at analyzing and describing their observations, their feedback and reactions will help you develop your products.
        
• Put them under the same surveillance you’d give terrorist suspects, the mechanisms are already in place: telephone and cellphone taps, email and postal mail monitoring, vehicle and movement tracking, regular premises searches.
       
• Set up a bogus call center to filter all their telephone calls and email communications, letting only enough through to cover your operations. Restrict their businesses and their lives so you can control them completely and observe them easily.
      
• Steal their inheritance, strangle their businesses, limit their employment opportunities, deplete their finances so they are easy to manipulate and control. 
      
• Continually sabotage their business equipment, steal physical and data files, make key items disappear at critical times and then reappear after deadlines have passed. Do everything you can to discredit, derange and distress them. Slash and stain clothing and personal effects. Make it clear they have no safety or security in their home or vehicle.   
        
• Code your operation to ensure government, police and law enforcement agency protection and cooperation.
   
• Run in depth psychological profiles to test their responses and probable reactions.
     
• Separate them from their family and people close to them. People with military backgrounds accustomed to following orders are usually very cooperative.   
      
• Send people to befriend them and even become love interests. Your operatives can help you manipulate subjects and provide a cover for your activities.
     
• Enlist support from their acquaintances, neighbors and coworkers who are willing to work as paid participants in government sponsored and funded research.  
    
• Develop multiple plausible explanations for the problems you create as a cover for your operations. 
     
• Get a Top Secret designation to keep people from talking about your activities and research.

Keeping Your Operation Secret Is Crucial. You are violating people’s rights. Your customers don’t want their targets to know what is happening, they want to discredit and destroy targets covertly.

Distress, Despair, Self Doubt Are Disabling - Use psychological operations, negative suggestions and street theater to create them.

Technology: Certain microwave and RF frequencies like Raytheon’s Silent Guardian System (pdf ) are extraordinarily disorienting and uncomfortable. You want to disrupt, disable and debilitate rather than repel, but the technology and approach is the same.

Keeping dissidents alive in diminished states projects powerful public images of humiliation that undermines their credibility and position.

Substantial evidence indicates the U.S. military used similar systems to suppress Cruise Missile protesters at Greenham Comons in the 1980’s.

Program Goals: Disorient target dissidents, cause them discomfort, disrupt their lives and work using covert electronics secretly. Combined with house arrest, it is a devastating tool.

You must discredit and isolate them so that no one takes their charges seriously. They are then effectively neutralized. If they have value, you may eventually force them to work for you.

Experimental Design

Begin with low power rf treatments that are disorienting and uncomfortable but not detectable. The subjects cannot work, sleep or concentrate well and begin to blame themselves.

You may also experiment with low level, imperceptible acoustical frequencies that are disrupting and uncomfortable and combine them with rf to increase the power and effectiveness of the devices.

Aim debilitating rf beams at places where they will be stationery for prolonged periods of time, like desks, commodes and sleep spots, to see if you can cause permanent brain damage, heart attack or stroke.

Aim or install signals in their home and offices at times and at angles when no one else can be affected.  Install systems in their vehicles to limit their mobility.

Ideally, you want to develop miniaturized devices that can be easily hidden in their homes, offices and vehicles and activated remotely.

Your target will be disoriented, discredited and deranged and not know why. Combine it with house arrest and standard psychological operations and you may successfully drive them crazy.

Automobiles: similar technology placed in automobiles can be used to induce accidents and effectively limits you target’s mobility.

Test Subject Reaction: Over time they may suspect something is being done to them. If they sense it is environmental and move, make sure the symptoms follow them. Some protocols may give hints to see how subjects react. Use anything they say to discredit them.

Ultimate Goal Is Selective Reaction: To be able to affect some people but not others who are all in the same environment. You might want to disorient, immobilize and cause pain to people you decide to enslave while leaving their masters unaffected.

Selective Solution: Insert nano or miniature electronic into the subject’s scalps and bodies that make them react to specific rf frequencies, magnify the rf or cause pain with those frequencies. Slaves can get electronically and painfully zapped while their masters laugh.

RF Device Placement - For psychological disorientation and control, brain studies of meditating monks provides clues.

Insert rf reactive materials into the human scalp to alter mental acuity, moods, alertness / sleepiness by remote stimulation.

These rf devices cause pain, headaches, disorientation and make people mad as hell.

Targets will have to cut open their bodies to get rid of them. Micro and nano technology can make them hard to locate and remove.

Innocent Americans are being used as unwilling research subjects to design, develop and test systems that covertly discredit, disable and destroy dissidents and dissenting voices. Some of this research is being conducted in Atlanta, I am one of their test targets. Please:

1) Investigate, Expose and End Illegal Research that uses innocent, unwilling Americans as test targets for the development and testing of systems to debilitate and demobilize dissenters.

2) Publicize the Existence of Systems that: 1) Disrupt and redirect telephone, Internet and postal communications; 2) Disorient and create discomfort covertly; 3) Defraud, sabotage and harass innocent people, so Americans can defend ourselves against them.

Sixty to seventy percent of our National Security Agency and CIA Clandestine Services budgets are paid to private contractors. Total U.S. covert intelligence budgets are estimated to exceed $60 billion annually. Some of these contractors are corrupt, they all have their own agendas.

Disabling dissenters without leaving tangible evidence or proof delights autocratic cliques.
How do these systems work? From our experience, they:

1) Covertly close or severely constrain dissident communications by intercepting, redirecting, filtering and spoofing (with sound alike call centers) all inbound and outbound communications including: telephone calls, postal mail and Internet and email messages.

Anti-terrorist monitoring points installed in our national communications systems copy, record and archive all domestic telephone and Internet communications. Postal mail is subject to similar screening. But it’s much more than just monitoring.

These access points, which are largely controlled by private U.S. Government contractors, are being used to selectively disrupt and redirect the communications of targeted test subjects. See HappinessHacker.com for links to crude YouTube clips describing this.

2) Physically weaken, disorient and derange dissidents covertly – Sixty Minutes’s Pain Ray segment (March 3, 2008) showed non-lethal microwave weapons being used against protesters. Similar, lower powered devices were covertly used against the Greenham Commons (U.K.) Cruise Missile protesters in the 1980’s. This technology has been available for decades.

These low powered, non-lethal electronic devices cause headaches, discomfort, disorientation, unpleasant burning and tingling sensations on the skin, especially around the ears and eyes. You feel it immediately when they are turned on or off.

They can be installed in homes and vehicles. They can be used to covertly disorient an entire floors of workers. Combined with house arrest they are devastating.

Foreign substances were forced into my scalp following the fire June 17, 2005 that toasted my home. Specific spots on my scalp swell and become inflamed in response to some of the electronic frequencies. 3) Defraud, sabotage and harass dissidents, strangle their economic well-being, sap their psychological strength. We have experienced a long series of well documented thefts, threats, sabotage of business equipment, fraud, staining and slashing of clothing and personal items.

Silver and jewelry are left untouched, there are no signs of forced entry. Key business files and personal items disappear at critical times and then sometimes even reappear when they are no longer needed.

Business opportunities and personal relationships are repeatedly and inexplicably poisoned.

Stalking and repeated incidents of staged dramatic street theater designed to discredit, distract and demoralize the target.

Law enforcement looks the other way, they are clearly cognizant of what’s happening.

Why was I selected? I am well educated, intelligent, articulate, resourceful liberal, very much like the dissidents they want to suppress. A single, middle aged female is easily discounted. My Peachtree Hills, Atlanta home is an ideal setting for such testing. Intellectual property theft, estate fraud and whistle blowing concerns may also be contributing factors.

Who is responsible? This research is well organized and technologically sophisticated. It is being run on a schedule with a well defined project plan. Most of the people associated with the street theater and dramatic incidents are Catholic or Episcopalian, many are economically stressed, few of them appear to be hardened criminals, they are all conservative Republicans. They do not want to be exposed.

Goal: Investigate, Expose and End this Research, Make this Technology Public

Many people in Atlanta know what is happening and/or are being rewarded for participating in this illegal research.

Expose these systems before they are used to limit our freedoms or prevent free and fair elections in November.

Install independent auditing and control procedures to monitor the private government contractors who monitor our national telephone, postal, email and Internet communications.

Make the existence of these electronic disorientation/discomfort devices public, encourage Fuzz Buster industries to develop inexpensive devices to detect and defend against them.

Systems To Disable Dissenters Are In The Hands of Private Government Contractors -  some whom are corrupt, they all have their own agendas. These systems threaten our freedom, our future, our families. Expose them now before we loose the power to stop them.
